The SAFE Billing Platform reads your carriers' CDRs, rates them against your tariffs, bills recurring charges, sends invoices under your own brand and collects payment by Direct Debit or card. Your customers get a portal for their invoices and usage. You run it in a browser, and we host it in the UK and release updates continuously.
Packages run from Startup, for up to 120 customers, to Enterprise, for operators supplying their own resellers. SAFE CRM, in early access, adds sales, renewals and credit control on the same customer records.

Brand As Your Own
Invoices, emails and the customer portal carry your branding, with brand colours, your own email address and a custom domain on the larger packages.

Customers download invoices in their own portal and, on the larger packages, check usage, recent calls and spend.

Invoices are emailed from the billing run, with delivery recorded so failed deliveries can be followed up.
