This is by far the best billing platform I have ever used. We have used 2 different billing platforms in the past and none have delivered the functionality and flexibility as this one. The beauty of this billing platform is that it is web based so we can access our customers from anywhere in the world. The billing process is easy and the bills that are generated are informative and user friendly. We have worked with Safe Online for 2 years now and they have developed systems that automate lots of our processes. This has enabled us to spend more time on our own business so that we can sell more without worrying about billing. The billing platform allows us to bill rentals, minutes, inbound numbers, maintenance charges and any other recurring fee. I would recommend any company who doesn’t have a billing platform or already uses a billing platform to talk to Safe Online about their services. It will change your company almost overnight!
